Buttermilk Pancakes with Blueberries, Bananas and Maple Syrup

I decided to try a new thing for brunch today, because I forgot breakfast and it was far too early for lunch, I made cupcakes the other day (which I may post up later) so had some leftover buttermilk.  I’ve never made buttermilk pancakes before, I’ve only ever really made crepe-style pancakes so this was totally new to me but seemed to work!  They were crispy on the outside and really fluffy in the middle, and a lot more filling than crepes, I’m definitely a convert!
